Tracked shipping is made via Australia Post eParcel. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days and delivery usually occurs within 1-3 business days of dispatch. Some small items have an untracked postal option to allow for savings on shipping and arrive within 4-6 business days. Express is available on some items and will arrive in 1-2 business days of dispatch. Tracking is usually avaliable from the day of dispatch.
This item can also be sent via Couriers Please or Startrack. It will arrive within 1-3 business days of dispatch for capitol cities and major centers. Shipping via this method is surcharged to remote and rural areas, please note the final shipping price in checkout as it is based on your delivery address. I just received both products but have not washed or rinsed my hair with either yet. I can tell you the product smells heavenly!!! I have used cosmeticsnow.com hair products for several years and have always been most satisfied.

400ml/13.5oz: Great product! Could use a little more moisturizer but good size and works really well as a colour lock shampoo.
The smell of this shampoo is just amazing!! Love love it!
