Tracked shipping is made via Australia Post eParcel. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days and delivery usually occurs within 1-3 business days of dispatch. Some small items have an untracked postal option to allow for savings on shipping and arrive within 4-6 business days. Express is available on some items and will arrive in 1-2 business days of dispatch. Tracking is usually avaliable from the day of dispatch.
This item can also be sent via Couriers Please or Startrack. It will arrive within 1-3 business days of dispatch for capitol cities and major centers. Shipping via this method is surcharged to remote and rural areas, please note the final shipping price in checkout as it is based on your delivery address. A great product for my curly hair. I use it as a leave-in daily (a small amount on the ends of my wet hair post-shower) and it enriches and softens my curls beautifully with no fly-aways.

I first tried this product in Amsterdam a few years ago and once I tried it I looked it up once I got back to Australia and have never used anything else since .It is just the best shampoo and conditioner you can use for male or female hair and I would highly recommend it to all hair types.

Love this product! Was a treat to find good quality shampoo and conditioner in the Hilton hotel in San Francisco. So glad I can now buy online and with free shipping too. It leaves my hair feeling smooth and soft.

I first encountered this product while staying at a Hilton hotel in Budapest. I don't usually pay much store to the complementary shower and hair products in hotels bathrooms, and especially as I am a male over a certain age, but I was immediately.
Impressed with the effect this product had on my hair. It was super soft and shining. I have since ordered both the shampoo and conditioner and now have the family 'hooked' on them. Great order system and free delivery.
