This shampoo is great if you don't want to be constantly colouring your hair but want to blend the colours that little bit more. I leave it in for no longer than 15minutes (not what they suggest). As it doesn't have a soapy consistency either its great for my curly hair because it doesn't dry it out and followed by the Nova Fusion conditioner makes my curly hair so much better. Definitely worth buying.
