I had my eyes on this one for quite some time but wasn't sure. In the end I gave in and I am glad I did! With the first spritz you are enveloped by rich fruits Senso-style accompanied (at first to my horror) by bubblegum and hairspray (and I should dislike it). Then enters a slightly spicy note a la Bijan (original) hinting at Red Door (now I should really dislike it) and instead of being the hideous concoction I expect it to be, all notes manage to perform a dance where every note sticks to its allotted spot and keeps the whole thing rolling nicely without tripping. I like Mackie - very much indeed. It has a unique character, quite some sex appeal and is thus more suitable for the mature amongst us. Probably one of those numbers you either love or hate. It has good sillage and excellent longevity and is not cloying in the current hot, subtropical climate I live in. This is a beautiful scent for all year round.

50ml/1.7oz: Hints of Gucci Accenti, which is no loner available. Beautiful scent, light but lingers. Hints of fruit, mainly citrus, also tuberose. Excellent value for the price.
