  • Stand the spatula part of this product on wet skin after removing dirt from the face with cleansing oil or face wash and press it gently.
  • Press the spatula to push out pores and keratin plugs from the nose and other areas of concern.
  • After removing keratin plugs by pushing them out rinse thoroughly and moisturize with lotion as soon as possible.
  • Before use place a steamed towel on the face for about 3 minutes to soften the keratin plugs making them easier to remove.
